GILDA'S BREAKFAST GALLERY#2

Chapter 2 –  Being able to look like a child

That cold morning in late winter, we took refuge in a bookshop. We didn’t want complications or useless mind works. Better illustrations, we said… (from “Gilda’s Story” by CGA).

Last Saturday, 3 March 2018, the second Gilda’s Breakfast has been held, a nice breakfast where visitors talk of art – and not only of that – while sipping coffee and eating cookies and delicious cakes. Every time new guests hold the audience.

In this second chapter we hosted Arianna Carena, an expert in books for children, who works for the Italian publishing house Feltrinelli; she owed us some tips on how to buy books for little kids. Furthermore, the artistic director Cristina Gilda Artese  presented an interesting project for children, KIDS ART ACADEMY, that will be shortly held at Gilda Contemporary Art in co-operation with A-7+àùrtTrap, Arsprima and Scuola Dada’.

And all while it was snowing outside, in a fairytale mood…

Here you go with the pictures of the event.
